On behalf of all the children and staff I would like to welcome you to Great Totham Primary School. This site is intended to provide helpful information to any members of our extended school community be they new or existing members.


At Great Totham we aim to provide an exciting learning environment of the highest standard, where the children can build upon their previous experiences and knowledge. Key to this is partnership with parents as we develop our shared responsibility for the children's education.

Great Totham Primary School News

  • Safer Internet Day: the report
    During Safer Internet Day on 7th February some of our upper school pupils acted as journalists for the day. I need to say no more other than please read their fantastic write up on the school events page.
  • Safer Internet Day
    7.2.17 Today the whole school took part in E-safety activities as part of National Safer Internet Day. The children were all brilliant; engaging in discussion and offering their thoughts and ideas.
  • SATs information for parents
    Have you seen the videos explaining everything you need to know about the SATs for Y2 and Y6? If not, have a look on the parent tab, under KS1 and KS2 SATs information, to view them.
  • Pokemon Go advice from NSPCC
    The NSPCC have issued advice on how to use this app safely.
  • E-safety event
    Please remember to attend our e-safety event for parents in the school hall, delivered by ChildNet on Tuesday 15th November 2016 at 6pm. All parents of GTPS pupils welcome.
